Aroha Hathaway is a dynamic woman with a multitude of experience in varying media fields.  Radio, television, film, theatre and development have been centre of her universe for the past 10 years.

Aroha has travelled extensively and lived in South America.  As a result, she speaks three languages and is culturally and sociologically pro-active.

She attended Victoria University where she studied Law, Māori, Politics and English Literature.

She then went on to spend time working in the education sector before returning to her first professional love, broadcasting.

Broadcasting is where she has made an impact very early on for NZ’s leading radio broadcaster, The Radio Network, and has been hugely successful in various roles in radio, television, print, web and film.

She has been in the creative media industry for over 30 years.
