Remember Toitiki Design‘s Matariki 2019 piece? It is now available in as a print in both dark blue and original white in both A2 and A1 sizes but only in very limited numbers.
‘Matariki’ the original, sold in 2019 following its hugely successful debut as part of the Te Tātai o Matariki exhibition in Tāmaki Makaurau. This is the first time Tikirau has allowed this work to be produced as a limited edition A1 print since the work was first created.
Its influences include Māori ancestral navigational annotation methods for marking star patterns.
